Number of artists: min 2- to 4
With a walking act, live music is standard/total: 3 artists.
As a permanent act: 3-5 minutes, 10-15 minutes, and a full show up to 30 minutes.
As a walking act: 2 x 30'-45 min or 3 x 20 min - parade/procession 60 min to 90 min if necessary

Suggested minimum space for stage act 6mt x 8mt

AUDIO AND LIGHTS

• So that the performance can show to their full potential is crucial that artists can take advantage of a good sound system and an appropriate setting.
• That is why artists need to agree with the audio and lighting at the event.
• So kindly note that the artists wish to co-ordinate with any sound & lighting that accomapnies the event.  The company is understood to  provide for the sound system and lighting costs.
• Below, is a list of elements that I prefer to use based on what each event demands. Also pls. note that, at times, I make use of  a technician associated with our collective.

• If travelled by plane. Transfer from the airport to the location/hotel and back organised by the organisation.
• SUPER Clean DRESSING ROOM that can be locked and not open to the public.  Close to the stage or location where the show will take place , for dress up ,make up and physical preparation;
  • warming up(2 hours minimum ).
  • Possibility to use a bathroom near the dressing room ,not open to the public.
  • Full-length mirror.  tables with 1 chair FOR EACH ARTIST.
  • Inspection  of the location before the  show or the event.
  • High enough to put on stilts. If this is not possible, then a table and chairs outside, out of sight of the public, to put on the stilts
  • refreshments and healthy snacks and fruit.
• Catering The catering (drinks & meals) for the artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer
• Accommodation (if necessary)
  • When performing for more than 1 day or if the distance is too far an overnight stay is necessary
• FOR WALKING ACT: STREETS FREE FROM OBSTACLES / NOT SLIPPERY OR WET FLOORS
• The organizer has to ensure the application of Sabam (author's rights or any performance rights organisation (PRO) of your country)and the authorization of the police and fire department..
• The organizer is responsible for the safety
• Travel expenses are organised by the organiser or paid in advance.
