• Available parking space for loading and unloading near the scene
• Meal and soft drinks
• The artists provide a fire extinguisher and fire blanket

• Please provide us a playground which is as dark as possible (observe streetlights etc)
• Please put us in the most sheltered possible spot
• preferably  on a soft surface.(fex grass)
• When the weather is bad, the artists will remain present, but if the show cannot take place or has to be interrupted it will make no difference to the agreed total.
• The organizer has to ensure the application of Sabam (author's rights or any performance rights organisation (PRO) of your country)and the authorization of the police and fire department..
• The organizer is responsible for the safety
• If the act is performed abroad, or if they have to play several days the organization needs to provide hotel accommodations for the team, meals and drinks.
