Technical specs: upon demand

• The organizer is responsible for the safety & security
•   If the distance is too big, or if it is too late to go home, overnight stays and meals are arranged for the techincians by the organizers.
• The organizer must comply with the police and / or fire fighters.
• The technicians would like to have  breakfast / lunch and drinks during daytime arrangements, at dinner evening suppers
• The date is only set when the contract has been signed
