To be provided by the organizer: 4 extras to help support the structure (costumes provided by the artists).
Number of sets: Street parade 1:30 or 2 x 45 minutes with 1 hour break between performances
Technical effects: light and sound system provided by the artists
Characters:
- “The white fox”, an articulated musical machine, ridden by an actor (can only be transported by land/ maritime cargo)
- “Le Carillon”, integrated sound, light and pyrotechnics machine - ( can only be transported by land/ maritime cargo)
- 2 Acrobats equipped with luminous hats
- 5 Dancers with luminous hats
- 5 Snow Foxes, giant illuminated puppets

Place to set-up the show:
- - Very near to the start point of the place of the representation
- - 80 m² minimum, flat ground, lighted, outside (provide a covered place)
- - Direct access to venue,
- - Access: width: 2m, height 3m50, no stairway
- - With a truck access (plan a parking)
- - Electricity point – lights
In case of a different point of departure and arrival, please provide:
- A changing room for each point
- An area of set up and an area of dismantling
- A person to drive the truck from the departure to the arrival
Characteristic of the play area:
- Traffic of the structures: 3m of wide / 4 m 50 of height
- Ground: close (no lawn, no ground, no sand), no staircases
- Inform in case of high slope
- Provide 4 people to securise the deambulatory show
- 1 reserved parking space for 1 20m³ truck and 1 or 2 vans with close access to the venue / dressing room and possibility to easily unload and load. The organizer is responsible for the safety.

- 1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).

- Please provide tables, chairs, mirrors, access to electricity, a closet (to hang the costumes) and catering: water, coffee, tea, snacks (fruits, cakes,…) .

- Catering The catering (drinks & warm meals) for the artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer
- Accommodation (if necessary)
- If it is too late or the distance is too far the organisation takes care of rooms for the number of artists (min 3* hotels)
- Hotel / B&B with parking, within 10min drive of the venue unless otherwise agreed.
- Royalties are included in the price or can be paid separately by the organisor.
