✦ Surface: Flat, no holes or pits, and no flammable flooring (concrete, stone, or stage decking are ideal)
✦ Backstage area: A safe zone (preferably 4 × 2 m) within the perimeter to prepare equipment

• Parking: reserved space for 1 vehicle or more (eventually with a trailer) with direct access to the venue/dressingroom and easy loading/unloading .Safety: the organizer is responsible for safety
• Dressing room: 1 clean, well-lit private dressing room on the ground floor with access to hot running water and a toilet.
  Must be lockable, with the key given to the artist or crew member. (If not, the organizer is responsible for security.)
  • Space for 4 persons.
  • -Equipment: 1 large table, 1 chair per artist ,1 large mirror, or 4 small ones
  • -Refreshments: beverages, healthy snacks, and fruit
• Catering: drinks and meals for the artist are the responsibility of the organizer.
• Accommodation (if necessary): for performances longer than 1 day or if the travel distance is significant, overnight
  accommodation is required for the number of artists.
  • Hotel/B&B with parking within 10 minutes’ drive of the venue unless otherwise agreed.
