Number of artists: from 2 to 5
Duration: 3 x 30' or 2 x 45'. A parade: max 2 hours.

• A Free and Secure parking-Access by van to the dressingroom. (loading-unloading)
• A safe or lockable Dressingroom (evt heated) close to the performaing area with a table, chairs, mirror and warm water. This one should be be available 2 hours before the performance, for breaks and 1 hour after the performance.
• If the acts are performed abroad, if it is too late to go home or if they have to play several days the organization needs to provide hotel accommodations, meals and beverages.
• For day performances the artists would welcome a breakfast/lunch with beverages and for evening shows a hot meal.
• When the act takes place abroad and it becomes too late for the artists to go home or when they have to perform for several days, the organization must provide hotel accommodation, meals and beverages for the whole team.
• The organizer is responsible for safety.
• The organizer must comply with the police or the police.
