Playing times: a parade of max 90 min or walk acts of 90' or 2x 45' or 3 x 30'in

• A free parking space (free) +/- 10m long, in the immediate vicinity of the changing rooms and ideally out of sight of the public.
  An electrical connection (220V) must be available at this location to charge the vehicle between performances.
• A safe or lockable Dressingroom close to the performaing area with a table, chairs, mirror and warm water. This one should be be available 2 hours before the performance, for breaks and 1 hour after the performance.
• For day performances the artists would welcome a warm meal with beverages.
• The organizer has to declare the Sabam.for the music.
• The organizer is responsible for the safety
• The artist would like hot meals and beverages 
• If the acts are performed abroad, if it is too late to go home or if they have to play several days the organization needs to provide hotel accommodations, meals and beverages.
